How do you charge?
Primarily fixed-fee for transactional work (contracts, property, M&A). Dispute resolution is typically hourly with an estimate upfront. No surprises.
Do you offer an initial consultation?
Yes. The first meeting is 60 minutes with a partner, at no charge. If we're not the right firm for your matter, we'll say so and refer you.
What size businesses do you work with?
Typically $5M to $50M in revenue. We're set up for businesses that have outgrown a generalist solicitor but don't need (or want to pay for) a top-tier firm.
Where are you based?
Perth CBD. Level 12, 140 St Georges Terrace. We also work with interstate and remote clients by video.
