Studio Forma space

A studio built for how it feels.

Polished concrete, linen curtains, timber reformers, natural light. Studio Forma was designed as a space you'd want to be in — not endure. No mirrors on the front wall. No music you'd skip. No fluorescent lighting.

We invested in the space because the space is part of the practice. When the room feels right, the body follows.
Reviews

What our members say.

"I've done pilates at four studios in Perth. Forma is the only one where I actually look forward to going. The space, the teaching, the size of the classes — it's a different thing entirely."

"I started during pregnancy and kept coming back. The prenatal class is genuinely good — not just a watered-down version of the regular one."

"I don't do wellness culture. I do Studio Forma. It's just good, quiet, focused movement with people who know what they're doing."

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do I need experience?
No. Foundations is designed for newer bodies. We'll teach you the machine and the movement vocabulary before you join Flow.
What should I wear?
Whatever you move well in. Grip socks are required — we sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair.
Can I book a single class?
Yes. We don't require packs or memberships. Book one class at a time, or purchase a 10-class card if you'd like a small saving.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free street parking on Stirling Highway and in the laneway behind the studio. We're also on the 102 bus route.
