Yes. It's treated as a new build using your existing brand direction. The Standard price applies — there's no carry-over discount, but your brand assets transfer and we don't start from scratch.
Yes. You can split payment into two instalments — 50% upfront to secure your spot and unlock the questionnaire, and 50% on delivery before the site goes live. Select the instalment option at checkout.

Cloudflare Pages hosting, SSL certificate management, uptime monitoring, and minor technical maintenance. The first year is included in your package price. Hosting auto-renews monthly from month 13 onwards.
Additional pages beyond the Standard or Scale package are available at $280 per page. Common for businesses with multiple distinct service areas — accountants, legal firms, health practices. Flag it in your questionnaire and we'll confirm the total before build starts.
No — it starts when you submit the questionnaire. You can complete the brief at your own pace after payment. The 5 days are your build window, not your total project timeline.
No. The questionnaire captures everything we need upfront. We don't call you during the build phase — all questions go to email and are batched to protect the 5-day commitment.
A refinement of existing direction — copy edits, colour tweaks, section reorders, wording changes. Two per page are included. An iteration is not a new design direction, adding pages, or changing the package scope. Those are new scopes, quoted separately.
You set the visual and strategic direction in the questionnaire — we build to that brief. If the delivery doesn't reflect what you briefed, we fix it. Two iterations per page are included for refinements. If you want to change direction entirely, that's a new scope.
Scale clients with Astro + CMS can manage page content directly. For Launchpad and Standard, content and design updates are handled by Clearmark via the annual maintenance add-on or on request. Blog functionality is available as a separate add-on for any tier.
Yes. You own all content and code. Clearmark manages hosting. You can export and host elsewhere at any time — no lock-in fees, no licensing costs.
We'll point your existing domain to the new site during the launch process. It's a standard DNS update — typically live within 24 hours of the domain change.
All packages include SEO meta and schema markup. Standard and Scale include full SEO structure per page — keyword-targeted H1s, unique meta titles and descriptions, internal linking strategy, and schema by page type. We build the foundation. Rankings take time and depend on your market and content.
Clearmark sites are built as static files — either plain HTML or Astro, deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Static sites load faster, have no database to attack, and require zero ongoing software maintenance. WordPress requires regular plugin updates, security patching, and hosting that's more expensive to run reliably. For the kind of business sites Clearmark delivers, static is simply the better tool. If you specifically need WordPress for an existing ecosystem or plugin dependency, we're not the right fit — and we'd rather be upfront about that than deliver something we don't believe in.
Seven days post-launch you'll receive an email with next-step recommendations — SEO, Google Ads, GMB setup, and maintenance options. Hosting auto-renews monthly. You're free to run the site as-is or engage Clearmark for ongoing work.
One scheduled update round per year — copy changes, new sections, image refreshes, minor structural tweaks. $300/year. Intended for clients who want their site kept current without per-request billing.
