You set the visual and strategic direction in the questionnaire — we build to that brief. Two iterations per page are included for refinements. A directional change (e.g. switching from minimal to bold) is a new scope, not an iteration, and is quoted separately.

Yes. Upgrading is treated as a new build using your existing brand direction as the brief. The Standard price applies — there's no discount for prior packages, but your brand assets and direction carry over.
Additional pages beyond your package limit are available at $280 per page. This comes up often for businesses with multiple distinct service areas — for example, an accountant offering SMSF, small business, family trusts, and business advisory each as separate pages. Flag it in your questionnaire and we'll confirm the total before build starts.
