Select your package and proceed to a simple checkout via Stripe — card or direct debit. An invoice is issued automatically. No lengthy account setup required to pay, but a client account is created at this point so you have a space to log in, upload assets, and manage your project.
The questionnaire is not a form — it's the first experience of the Clearmark service. A guided, interactive process that takes 20–30 minutes and captures everything needed to build your brand and site without a single follow-up call.
Your 5-day build window opens the moment you submit the questionnaire. We handle everything — brand identity, copywriting, design, and code. You receive structured updates at Day 0, Day 2, and Day 5.
You receive a staging URL — a live, working version of your site for review before it goes public. Submit iteration requests in writing within 7 days.
Once iterations are approved, we point your domain, confirm hosting, and your site is live on Cloudflare Pages. Fast, SSL-secured, and managed by Clearmark from this point forward.
The 5-day delivery window is a hard commitment, not a marketing line. If something outside our control affects the timeline, we'll tell you before the deadline — not after. It hasn't happened yet.
