The growth plans are ongoing marketing services layered on top: an AI chat agent that captures leads, a reviews platform, and managed Google/Meta advertising. Think of it as "build the shop, then bring in the foot traffic." You start with a build; you add growth if and when you want it.
Foundation is cancel-anytime. Momentum and Accelerate ask for a 3-month minimum — not to lock you in, but because paid ad campaigns need roughly 90 days of data to perform before it's fair to judge them. After that, cancel whenever you like. Your website is unaffected either way; you always keep it.
You do, directly to Google and Meta on your own billing — so it's always transparent and in your control. Our monthly fee is for management only (strategy, setup, copy, optimisation, reporting). We'll recommend a minimum monthly spend per channel so campaigns have enough data to work.

You set the visual and strategic direction in the questionnaire — we build to that brief. Up to three iterations per page are included for refinements. A directional change (e.g. switching from minimal to bold) is a new scope, not an iteration, and is quoted separately.
Additional pages beyond your package limit are available at $280 per page. This comes up often for businesses with multiple distinct service areas — for example, an accountant offering SMSF, small business, family trusts, and business advisory each as separate pages. Flag it in your questionnaire and we'll confirm the total before build starts.
